We provided non-standard apples as ingredients for the "Bread and Confectionery Practice II" class in the Department of Food Science.

When Gunma Prefecture collaborated to produce a promotional video for "apples," the comedian Sugi-chan visited "Woman Apple School." You can watch it on the "Video Introduction" page of this website.

This collaboration is part of the prefecture's Sixth Industry Promotion Project. To promote the deliciousness of Gunma apples and raise awareness of Gunma as an apple-producing region, Cafe Comme ca, which offers artistic cakes that evoke the four seasons of Japan, sold a limited-time original cake featuring Gunma's "Akagi" apple variety.

This is also a Gunma Agri x NETSUGEN co-creation demonstration project. It is a demonstration experiment using a matching platform that connects regions suffering from labor shortages with young people who want to work in those regions.
