Providing apples for processing practice at Jumonji Gakuen Women's University (February 2024)
We provided non-standard apples as ingredients for the "Bread and Confectionery Practice II" class in the Department of Food Science.

BeniZuru Project with Tone Jitsugyo High School, Gunma Prefecture (Fiscal Year 2022)
We cooperated with the food culture course's processing practice. The students came up with menus using the 'BeniZuru(紅鶴)' apple variety, such as "Caramel Apple Pie with Gyoza Skin" and "Apple Jelly".
